It’s been a over a year since I last wrote about the Tank Touring 250.  Our first unit was 1 of 4 units that were brought into the states for testing purposes.  This scooter, after the one year testing period was destroyed since it could not be sold or registered in the United States.  It was for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY!  Many of you have sent me emails asking me about the continuation of the report on the Tank Touring 250.  I want to first apologize for not writing this article sooner.

Last Saturday, my daughter called me from her cell phone and told me that there were 3 Kymco on the road near our shop.  At the stop light Candace (my daughter) invited them to our shop.  One of the scooter riders needed some accessories for her Kymco.  Once they were in my shop I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting 3 of the most phenomenal and incredible ladies that I've ever met.

I was really excited when I heard that we had a Tank Urban Touring 250 in our warehouse.  So exited that I immediately asked our mechanic to assemble the scooter.  I wanted to be the first one testing this scooter.  The Tank Urban Touring 250 was assembled. Our mechanic made some adjustments, added gas, installed the battery. First glance the scooter looks the same as the 150, same body style but you can also notice the difference in physical engine size.    It was basically the same assembly as the 150.  The scooter was completed and it looked nice.
