Last Sunday (July 13, 2008) I woke up early in anticipation, ready to test the new Tank Touring 250DE-08.  I’ve tested many of these models before and I have to admit that I was a bit nervous.  I wanted to take the scooter on the freeway (and if you are from California you know what I mean…), plus I wanted to take a long ride to the mountains.  You have read my prior articles, first issues with vibrations then issues with over heating, electric fan, etc, the scooter just dying in the freeway and having it towed back to the shop, etc.  So now you know why I was nervous.
